We currently operate as the official mobility provider for Jorge Chávez International Airport and for Lima’s most important shopping malls and corporations. **Job Objective:** Manage the acquisition and onboarding of new customers by executing commercial action plans that drive departmental results, with the primary goal of increasing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect and identify potential B2B clients according to strategic sectors. * Research companies and validate commercial opportunities (agreements, needs, key contacts). * Conduct ongoing follow-up with prospects until meetings or closures are secured. * Execute the sales process with support: outreach, proposal, and negotiation. * Analyze which sectors or segments generate the greatest commercial opportunities. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper client onboarding. * Maintain commercial records and tracking across various platforms (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.) **Profile Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * 6 months to 1 year of sales experience (B2B preferred). * Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and negotiation abilities. * Proficiency in digital tools: Excel and Google Sheets (preferred). * Full-time availability. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a solid and continuously growing organization. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Fixed salary + attractive commission scheme. * Pleasant working environment. **Salary:** S/1,500 + 3% commission on client consumption for 3 months. **Schedule and Work Modality:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Work Modality: Hybrid * Workplace: Miraflores Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Application Questions: * Briefly describe your sales experience. * Have you had B2B sales experience?
