Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Commercial Assistant to support sales executives, manage B2B platforms, develop reports, and collaborate on commercial strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration on commercial and marketing strategies We are ALKOFARMA EIRL, a pharmaceutical laboratory, currently seeking a professional to serve as a RETAIL COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS: . Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales or Commercial Assistant. . Prior experience in the Sales or Commercial Department of a company. . Preferably experience working with State entities. . Interest in pursuing a long-term career path. . Preferably experience in B2B sales companies and sales to State entities. . Residency in areas adjacent to the Comas district. KNOWLEDGE: . Advanced Excel proficiency . Preferably advanced Power BI proficiency . Preferably prior experience using any commercial ERP system . Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency RESPONSIBILITIES: . Provide commercial support to the company’s sales executives, including preparing quotations and tracking their customers . Manage clients’ B2B platforms; develop and maintain dashboards and other data visualization systems for tracking and analysis . Develop reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations based on data analysis . Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective commercial strategies . Manage and update customer and sales databases, and support planning and execution of commercial and marketing plans .
