Our approach is based on comprehensive, close, and preventive advisory services, aimed at enabling our clients to maintain control, compliance, and peace of mind at every stage of their business. **JOB SUMMARY** We are currently seeking candidates for the roles of Accounting Assistant and Accounting Clerk, with planning and organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and commitment to excellence in work. A collaborative work environment and an opportunity for professional development within a dynamic setting are offered. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Record sales invoices, expenses, income, and bank transactions in the accounting system. * Manage accounting provisions and perform bank reconciliations. * Support the calculation of monthly taxes and the filing of sworn statements. * Prepare and keep electronic accounting and tax ledgers up to date. * Prepare accounting provisions and reversals. * Support the preparation of monthly financial information and reports for the department. * Assist with accounting and tax documentation procedures, as well as communication with SUNAT. * Comply with internal control guidelines and current accounting and tax regulations. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate of a University or Institute in Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Knowledge of tax regulations. * Experience in bank reconciliations and account analysis. * Proficiency in electronic ledgers and PDT (Planilla Electrónica de Tributos). * Proficiency in Starsoft software (mandatory). * Intermediate Excel skills (mandatory). **COMPETENCIES** * Responsibility. * Punctuality. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Integrity. **WE OFFER:** * A pleasant and collaborative work environment focused on respect and teamwork. * Monthly remuneration of S/ 1,400, aligned with market standards. * Ongoing training oriented toward professional growth and continuous updating. * Formal employment registration after a 3-month probationary period, in accordance with applicable law.
