




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Credit Assistant to manage discounts, chargebacks, amortizations, and credit authorizations while maintaining confidentiality. Key Highlights: 1. Job stability and a positive work environment based on performance Credit Assistant Full-time | On-site work mode Main Responsibilities: * Review, verify, and calculate daily dispatch discounts. * Record chargebacks in the system and issue authorized credit notes. * Perform amortizations for cash and installment payments. * Execute daily dispatch closing. * Prepare monthly sales reports and consolidated discount reports. * Evaluate and authorize salesperson credits. * Consolidate daily credit authorizations for assigned agencies. Requirements: * Technical or university studies in Accounting. * Experience in credit, collections, or similar administrative functions. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems. * Organization, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling information.
