What will you do? * Handling and follow-up of transportation and cargo requests. * Constant coordination with our fleet and customers. * Data entry into the internal system. * Proactive inquiry resolution and incident management. What profile are we looking for? * **Experience:** Minimum 3 months in a Call Center (Customer Service or Sales). * **Skills:** Fluent communication, empathy, and problem-solving ability. * **Availability:** Rotating shifts (as required by operations). * **Education:** Completed high school or incomplete/ongoing technical studies.
