




Job Summary: Doka Peru is seeking a CCM Assistant to evaluate customers, manage credit and collections, and maintain up-to-date customer information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer evaluation and analysis for credit approval. 2. Contract management and customer information recordkeeping. 3. We are looking for personnel to join our team as a CCM Assistant. **Job Description** * Evaluate and analyze customers for credit approval and establishment of credit limits. * Dispatch and custody of contracts to customers. * Maintain updated customer information records (individual and digital customer and project files). * Ensure compliance with company-established policies. * Contribute to continuous improvement of information flow for the department and management. * Conduct collection calls, including preventive calls and calls regarding overdue documents. **Requirements** **Academic and Professional Qualifications** * Final-year students or graduates in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of credit and collections. **Experience and Specialized Knowledge** * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer risk insurance or similar functions. * SAP knowledge. * Basic English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Food allowances * 100% covered EPS health insurance
