Cost optimization and continuous improvement of the procurement process We are seeking a Procurement Assistant focused on procurement analysis and sourcing of new suppliers, ideally with experience in the hardware or construction sector. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze procurement requirements based on consumption and demand * Source, evaluate, and develop new suppliers * Request and compare quotations * Negotiate prices, delivery times, and commercial terms * Generate and track purchase orders * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely supply * Evaluate supplier performance (timeliness, quality, costs) * Support cost optimization and continuous improvement of the procurement process **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a technical or university program in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of procurement experience (mandatory) * Experience in: * Procurement analysis * Supplier evaluation and sourcing * Preferred experience in the following sectors: * Hardware * Construction * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or advanced) * Preferred ERP system experience (SAP or others) Availability to work in the Chorrillos district, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
