PROMSA PERÚ, a pharmacy dedicated to the marketing, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical devices to hospitals, clinics, drugstores, and pharmacies nationwide, is seeking 3 talents for the position of **Quotation Assistant**, to support our sales force. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing quotations for hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and public entities. * Research and compare prices of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and medical supplies. * Update price, supplier, and product databases. * Review technical documents (specifications, sanitary registrations, certificates of conformity, etc.) for quotations. * Support the presentation of technical proposals and follow up on institutional requirements. * Maintain constant communication with the commercial and logistics departments. **Requirements** * Technical or university students/graduates in: Administration, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word. * Prior experience or knowledge of quotations or healthcare sector tendering is desirable. * Knowledge of pharmaceutical products or medical devices is desirable. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. **Competencies** * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Analytical ability and systematic information handling. * Effective communication and accountability. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. **We Offer** * Opportunity for professional growth within a pharmaceutical company. * Continuous training on quotations, regulations, and commercial management. * Positive work environment. * Formal employment registration.
