JOB OBJECTIVE: Provide operational and administrative support in procurement, warehouse, and distribution processes, ensuring timely material supply and accurate inventory control. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. EXPERIENCE: 6 months to 1 year in logistics, warehouse, or procurement (preferred). Internships (pre-professional or professional) are considered. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Support procurement and quotation processes with suppliers. * Record and monitor material inflow and outflow from the warehouse. * Verify waybills, invoices, and purchase orders. * Prepare stock and inventory reports. * Coordinate material delivery or dispatch. * Maintain up-to-date documentary control for the department.
