We seek to welcome a **marketing professional** with analytical capability, strategic vision, and creativity to support the Projects Department in generating commercial opportunities and managing prospects. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility. * Analyze performance metrics (Google Ads, social media, website traffic, leads, conversions). * Develop communication and content campaigns for social media, catalogs, and the company website. * Support planning of product launches, trade fairs, and commercial events. * Coordinate with Sales and Production departments to align communication strategies with business objectives. * Prepare performance reports and improvement proposals. * Organize and update prospective client databases by sector: * Sending introductory letters to prospects * Conducting initial outreach to validate potential clients * Supporting commercial prospecting strategies * Managing basic social media activities and lead tracking * Providing administrative support to the Marketing and Projects Departments **Requirements** * Female candidates only. * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields**. * Knowledge of **SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital analytics**. * Intermediate proficiency in design tools (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Meta Business / Google Ads platforms. * Ability to generate creative ideas and translate data into effective actions. * Prior experience of at least 1 year in similar roles is preferred. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Proactivity, accountability, and teamwork. * Clear communication and positive attitude. * Creativity and aesthetic sensibility. **We Offer** * Join a growing company with strong professional development prospects. * Positive work environment and collaborative team. * Opportunity to develop expertise in marketing and corporate branding strategies. **Apply by sending your updated CV to: copemosac@gmail.com** * Subject line: * *Marketing Specialist – COPEMO* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
