Job Summary: We are seeking a marketing analyst to join our team, coordinating events and campaigns, and managing digital content and social media. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **marketing analyst** to join our team. Requirements: * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator in the metallurgical-mechanical or civil industries, or in similar roles. * Proficiency in Windows environments and Microsoft Office; intermediate-level Excel skills. * Digital Marketing and Social Media courses or diplomas are preferred but not mandatory. * Knowledge of Storytelling and Branding. Responsibilities: * Coordinate corporate event presence, conferences, and advertising campaigns across traditional and digital media (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, etc.). * Evaluate, plan, and supervise the creation of graphic, audiovisual, and written content for campaigns. Analyze and manage commercial enablement materials such as presentations, brochures, 3D videos, etc. * Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, or social media platforms. * Prepare periodic reports with key metrics (KPIs) and present results to the direct supervisor or Commercial Management. Analyze and manage marketing activity plans and project timelines. * Website management and design. * Social media management. * Preparation of the holiday calendar. * Digital content creation — content research and planning, among others.
