Collaboration in organizing events and commercial promotions **Job Objective** Provide operational and analytical support to the marketing department by executing tactical actions that contribute to brand positioning, lead generation, commercial communication, and achievement of the company's strategic objectives. **Academic Qualifications** * Technician or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Administration, or related fields. * Courses or certifications in digital marketing, social media, online advertising, or analytics (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year in marketing, advertising, or communications. * Experience supporting promotional campaigns and content management (preferred). **Main Responsibilities** * Support planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns. * Manage and update content on social media, websites, and other digital channels. * Prepare campaign performance reports (KPIs, reach, engagement, leads). * Coordinate with advertising, graphic design, and printing vendors. * Support organization of events, activations, and commercial promotions. * Monitor campaign schedules and allocated budgets. * Maintain updated customer and prospect database. **Technical Knowledge** * Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). * Basic design tools (Canva, basic Photoshop). * Digital marketing and advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads – preferred). * Intermediate Excel (tables, reports, metrics). * Basic CRM and email marketing knowledge. * Commercial and advertising copywriting. **Competencies** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Effective communication and clear writing. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Creativity and innovation.
