We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Assistant** focused on **advertising campaigns and digital marketing**, who will support the promotion of our **real estate projects**. The position will actively participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of campaigns, social media management, content generation, and performance analysis—contributing to brand positioning and achievement of business objectives. **Responsibilities** * Support the **planning, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns** (digital and traditional) for real estate projects. * Manage and update the company’s **social media channels** (content, posts, user engagement). * Create graphic and audiovisual content (posts, flyers, advertisements). * Conduct **market research** and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector. * Coordinate with sales and commercial teams to ensure **brand consistency** and messaging alignment. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in **Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1–2 years’ experience** in digital marketing or advertising campaign management. * Proficiency in **social media management and digital campaigns**. * Strong **writing and communication skills**. * Analytical and organizational abilities. * Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop) and advertising platforms. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration * Opportunity for professional growth * Excellent work environment Salary: S/.1,130.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your expected salary? * Please share a brief overview of your experience with advertising campaigns Work Location: On-site employment
