Technical competencies and basic knowledge of automotive equipment, including: \- Electronic diagnostics (OBD2, scanners), CAN-Bus, ABS, SRS, ETC. \- Workshop equipment such as: electronic fuel injection and common rail systems, engine reconditioning machines, vehicle lifts, ETC. \- Automotive sector tools and test benches. \- Basic proficiency in automotive technical software. \- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals. Job Responsibilities \- Provide basic technical support to customers via phone, in-person, or remotely. \- Assist with installation, configuration, and commissioning of automotive equipment sold by the company. \- Collaborate in tracking technical cases, service tickets, and service reports. \- Participate in training sessions delivered to customers and students, performing: \- Technical assistance during training sessions. \- Prepare service reports and feedback for the commercial and technical departments.
