Job Summary: Support the management, updating, and coordination of tourism products and services, maintaining an up-to-date database and collaborating with internal teams and international suppliers. Ongoing training on technological tools and systems **Main Responsibilities:** · Support the **management and updating of tourism products** (packages, itineraries, and services). · Coordinate with **international suppliers** to update rates and availability. · Prepare and update **quotations and product sheets** for the sales team. · Support the **entry of information into internal systems and sales platforms**. · Prepare and update itineraries, product sheets, and informational materials for the sales team. · Monitor **bookings, confirmations, and service modifications**. · Support the **creation and updating of tourism itineraries**. · Coordinate with **sales, reservations, and operations departments** to ensure proper product management. · Maintain an up-to-date **database of hotels, operators, and tourism services**. · Quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and technological tools implemented by the company. **Profile Requirements:** \- Minimum 2 years of experience **in travel agencies, tour operators, or wholesalers** (preferred). \- Proficiency in GDS systems, especially Amadeus. \- Advanced technological skills, with the ability to manage multiple digital platforms and tools. \- Intermediate/Advanced Excel \- Strong aptitude for rapid learning to adapt to new technologies and processes. \- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. \- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and other departments. **We Offer:** \- The opportunity to join a leading company in the tourism sector with over 27 years of experience. \- Ongoing training on technological tools and reservation systems. \- A dynamic and professional work environment with opportunities for development and growth.
