Opportunity for learning and development in the retail sector We are La Plata Co., a leading retail company specializing in the marketing and distribution of fashion products from brands Bimba \& Lola, Tous, Lacoste and New Era, present in major shopping malls and department stores across Peru and Chile. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Human Resources Assistant.** **Mission** Ensure the organization hires the most suitable candidates for each position and comprehensively support HR management, guaranteeing that administrative, operational, and occupational safety and health (OSH) processes are executed efficiently and systematically. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for properly screening, interviewing, and validating candidate qualifications against job requirements * Manage mass recruitment processes to fill campaign-related positions and identify effective recruitment sources * Manage occupational safety and health (OSH) processes, including completing required forms and tracking the work calendar in coordination with external consultants; as well as monitoring compliance with the Sexual and Workplace Harassment Prevention Policy * Manage internal communications; design wellness flyers, birthday greetings, holiday messages, and other related materials * Support the administration of workplace climate surveys and performance evaluations * Support the execution of HR-approved wellness and integration activities * Assist with all HR-related tasks assigned to the department **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree, undergraduate degree, or recent graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields * Immediate availability * Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience and/or internships in Human Resources * Knowledge of recruitment and training processes * Knowledge of administrative HR management processes * Intermediate-level proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Forms) * Strong motivation to learn and a proactive attitude Work Location: On-site employment
