Ensure quality and compliance in recruitment **What will you do in this role?** * Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. * Coordinate recruitment stages with internal/external clients. * Conduct competency-based interviews. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and client commitments. * Support candidates throughout the process and close recruitment. * **Immediate availability to work in Huachipa, near Gloria Milk Plant.** **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in talent attraction and recruitment, preferably in civil construction. * Experience recruiting operational, commercial, industrial, mid-management, and executive profiles.
