Job Summary: Responsible for managing the full recruitment process, coordinating with internal/external clients, and conducting competency-based interviews to ensure compliance with standards. Ensure compliance with quality standards **What will you do in this role?** * Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. * Coordinate with internal/external clients on onboarding process stages. * Conduct competency-based interviews. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and client commitments. * Candidate support and process closure. * **Immediate availability to work in Huachipa, near Gloria Milk Plant.** * **Preferably reside in districts close to Huachipa.** * **Apply only if you agree with the offered salary.** **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in talent attraction and selection, preferably in civil construction. * Experience handling operational, commercial, industrial, mid-level management, and executive profiles.
