Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support sales operations, manage customer and sales representative inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to ensure proper order scheduling. We are currently looking for a **SALES ASSISTANT** for our plant in **VENTANILLA**. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. \- 1–2 years of experience in administrative and/or sales positions. \- Age between 22 and 40 years. \- Availability to work Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. \- Must reside in VENTANILLA or neighboring districts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Answer customer calls and inquiries. \- Respond to sales representatives’ inquiries through the appropriate channels. \- Generate reports and maintain an updated customer portfolio. \- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and distribution to ensure orders are scheduled correctly. **BENEFITS:** \- Market-competitive salary. \- Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment, including statutory benefits. \- MYPE payroll (50% bonus, CTS, vacation benefits). \- ESSALUD, SCTR, and mandatory life insurance. \- Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments.
