




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to prospect, acquire, and develop customers; prepare commercial proposals; and coordinate order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain a customer portfolio. 2. Prepare commercial proposals and quotations. 3. Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. We are a business group dedicated to manufacturing all types of fasteners and fixing elements. We are looking for an experienced **Sales Assistant** who meets the following profile: **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, or Sales. * Courses in sales, customer service, or commercial skills (optional). * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial support. * Experience in customer management and order tracking (desirable). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). * Knowledge of invoicing, quotations, and sales orders. * Experience with ERP or CRM systems (desirable). **Responsibilities** * Prospect and acquire new customers through visits, calls, emails, and other commercial strategies. * Maintain and develop the assigned customer portfolio. * Identify business opportunities and customer needs. * Prepare commercial proposals and quotations according to technical and commercial requirements. * Negotiate commercial terms (prices, delivery times, volumes) within company guidelines. * Achieve sales targets. * Represent the company before customers, conveying a professional and trustworthy image. * Continuously follow up on submitted quotations until closure. * Coordinate internally with technical, production, logistics, and administrative departments to ensure proper order fulfillment. * Verify that technical and commercial information in quotations is accurate and complete. * Update customer databases, pricing information, and negotiation status. * Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities. * Prepare commercial reports. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration with all social benefits as stipulated under the MYPE regime law. * Birthday leave day. * Biweekly salary payments. * Positive work environment. * SCTR (Workers’ Compensation Insurance). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. **Workplace:** * Willingness to work onsite at our offices in **Otr.
