Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and communicative in-person Sales Assistant or Setter to handle initial lead contact, customer classification, and support for the sales team. Career growth path within the commercial area We are looking for an **IN-PERSON SALES ASSISTANT OR SETTER** If you are organized, communicative, and enjoy interacting with customers, this role is essential to the success of the sales team. **Main Responsibilities** * Initial contact with leads via WhatsApp, social media, and other channels. * **Registration, classification, and updating of customers** in CRM or databases. * **Identification of prospects and referral to the Closers team.** * Organization of commercial information and basic reporting. * Operational support to the sales department. (This position does NOT perform commercial follow-up) **Key Requirements** ✔ Prior experience in commercial environments or customer service ✔ Studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (Desirable) ✔ **Clear communication, organization, and a high level of responsibility.** ✔ Proficiency in **Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media** (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) ✔ Ability to quickly learn about **technical and commercial products** ✔ Residence in **La Molina, Ate, or Santa Anita** (Mandatory) ✔ Availability to work **6 days per week, in-person**, in La Molina **We Offer** ✔ Base salary \+ performance bonuses \+ team-based incentives ✔ Job stability ✔ Career growth path within the commercial area Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
