Join our great family to fill the position of **PART-TIME SALES ASSISTANT**. **Responsibilities**: * Update and consolidate sales, pricing, promotion, and commercial activity information for assigned accounts. * Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotions and activities at points of sale. * Manage order registration in the system and track delivery fulfillment. * Monitor inventories, shrinkage, and product turnover in coordination with the logistics department. * Support the development of commercial proposals and presentations for key accounts. * Maintain smooth communication with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure commercial operational efficiency. * Track commercial agreements, payment terms, and contract expiration dates. * Resolve operational issues related to orders, invoicing, or deliveries. * Provide support during commercial meetings, preparing minutes and tracking commitments made. * Perform other tasks assigned by the Account Manager to ensure achievement of commercial objectives. **Requirements**: * Technical or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields. * Experience handling commercial information and supporting the sales force. * Intermediate Excel skills preferred. **Benefits**: * Payments on the 15th and at month-end. * Opportunity to build a career path within the area. “In Grupo Santis, we firmly believe in equal opportunity for all genders, promote generational, ethnic, and national diversity, and welcome individuals with different abilities, in accordance with Law No. 29973\.
