Coordination of dispatch and equipment availability **MAVEC – We are hiring** **Position:** Administrative / Commercial Assistant – Sales Assistant A construction-sector company specializing in **lifting equipment, suspended scaffolding, collective protection systems, and structural solutions for construction sites** is seeking an **Administrative / Commercial Assistant** to support sales management and customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and follow-up of customer quotations. * Support in selling construction equipment and equipment for work at height. * Coordination with warehouse for dispatch and equipment availability. * Customer service (construction companies, engineers, contractors). * Order registration, sales orders, and commercial follow-up. * Administrative support in invoicing and documentation. **Requirements** * Experience as a commercial assistant, sales representative, or administrative staff. * Knowledge of **lifting equipment, scaffolding, industrial hardware, or construction equipment** is preferred. * Proficiency in Excel and office tools. ERP ODOO experience is preferred. * Organized, proactive individual with strong communication skills. **Location:** Lima, Lince **Work Modality:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
