Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Support Assistant for a calibration company, responsible for supporting administrative management and customer and service follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of quotations and reports **COMMERCIAL SUPPORT** A calibration company is seeking a COMMERCIAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT. **Requirements:**  Graduate with university or technical studies in industrial, electronic, electrical, environmental, or mechatronics engineering.  Proficiency in operating systems.  Ability to work in a team oriented toward results through sales targets.  Minimum 6 months of work experience in customer service and/or sales.  Preparation of quotations and reports for services provided to customers.  Availability to work in San Luis (Av. Canada) Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. **Responsibilities:**  Support the Commercial Coordinator and executives in assigned administrative tasks.  Update the customer database.  Track purchase orders and services for our customers.  Request product and service acceptance confirmations.  Send and follow up on customer satisfaction surveys.  Prepare and track OTIs (Work Orders).  Notify customers of maintenance service schedules.  Submit necessary documentation for invoicing.  Submit performance reports to immediate supervisor.  Ensure timely delivery of reports.  Comply with company-established policies, procedures, and other duties related to the position.
