Opportunity for professional development and learning **FLEXOGRAPHIC PREPRESS ASSISTANT – DESIGN DEPARTMENT** An industrial company specializing in flexible packaging, currently expanding and strengthening its operations, is looking for a Flexographic Prepress Assistant to join its design team. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in adapting and preparing files for flexographic printing. * Review and adjust final artwork according to production technical specifications. * Coordinate with the sales department to ensure correct execution of designs. * Perform basic checks on color, halftones, and registration according to established standards. * Provide support in optimizing designs to reduce waste and rework. **Requirements** * Graduate or final-year student in Graphic Design or Industrial Design. * Minimum 3 months of experience in prepress, graphic design, or similar roles (preferred). * Basic knowledge of flexographic printing processes. * Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. * Experience in flexible packaging companies is preferred. * Organized, responsible profile with strong teamwork orientation. **Working Conditions** * Work location: Ate – Horacio Zevallos. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Formal employment registration from day one under the MYPE regime. **Offered** * Job stability. * Positive organizational climate. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Opportunity for professional development and learning.
