Opportunity for professional learning and growth. **FLEXOGRAPHIC PREPRESS ASSISTANT** An industrial company specializing in flexible packaging, currently undergoing growth and strengthening its production department, is looking for a: **Main Responsibilities** * Support in adapting and preparing files for flexographic printing. * Review and adjustment of final artwork according to production technical requirements. * Coordination with the commercial department to ensure correct execution of designs. * Basic verification of colors, screens, and registration against established standards. * Support in optimizing designs to minimize waste and rework. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months of experience in prepress, graphic design, or related fields (preferred). * Basic knowledge of the flexographic printing process. * Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator and Photoshop. * Experience in flexible packaging companies is preferred. * Responsible, organized individual with a team-oriented mindset. **Working Conditions** * Work location: Ate – Horacio Zevallos. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Formal employment registration from day one, with statutory benefits under the MYPE regime. **Offered** * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Opportunity for professional learning and growth.
