




Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive human resources management, including recruitment, personnel administration and welfare, as well as supporting marketing and communication activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive Human Resources Management 2. Digital Marketing and Communication Support 3. Workplace Climate and Event Coordination Execution and responsibility for HR tasks as an assistant; Conduct recruitment and selection: job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and coordination with department heads. Draft employment contracts, renewals, and termination procedures. Personnel registration and deregistration in the T-REGISTRO. Maintain personnel attendance records. Manage employee files and labor documentation. Orient, support, and monitor new employees. Supervise compliance with labor regulations and occupational safety and health (OSH) standards. Coordinate internal activities aimed at improving workplace climate. Conduct performance evaluations jointly with department heads. Support planning and execution of corporate events (anniversaries, year-end celebrations, special occasions). Create social media content and commercial campaigns. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance company visibility and positioning. Manage internal communications and assist in administrative tasks.
