This position works closely with the Human Resources department, coordinates with external vendors, and collaborates with various internal departments. **Job Mission** Implement the internal communications and organizational culture strategy, strengthening employee engagement through graphic campaigns, audiovisual content, and appropriate management of internal communication channels—aligned with the company’s identity and values. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and execute internal communications graphic campaigns, ensuring correct application of the brand manual across initiatives related to climate, culture, and wellbeing. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor the internal publication schedule across the organization’s different departments. * Conceptualize, script, and edit videos for internal launches, safety campaigns, cultural messages, and climate and wellbeing initiatives. * Manage and moderate internal digital communities (Facebook, WhatsApp), as well as coordinate with vendors for production of physical media. * Prepare reports on the reach and impact of internal communications, analyzing employee interaction and participation. * Supervise the logistical execution of internal events and propose creative activations that reinforce organizational culture. * Conduct site visits to branches, construction sites, or commercial centers to photograph and film employees in the field. * Update physical bulletin boards and internal digital platforms, monitoring employee interaction. * Contribute to compliance with internal policies and established quality, safety, and environmental protocols. * Perform other job-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. * General experience of 1–2 years in internal communications areas. * Minimum specific experience of 1 year as an internal communications assistant, graphic designer, or similar role. **Technical Knowledge** * Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere (knowledge of InDesign and After Effects is desirable). * Familiarity with internal communications, employee experience, and organizational culture. * Ability to conceptualize and execute corporate communications campaigns and events. * Intermediate office software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * CRM knowledge. **Working Conditions:** * Formal employment under the general labor regime.
