Prepare preliminary reports for annual procurement budget generation. * Provide logistical and administrative support to the procurement committee, including minutes preparation, agreement follow-up, and meeting scheduling. * Request and record quotations for goods and services from companies, ensuring price and condition comparisons. * Maintain an up-to-date supplier database, including legal information, contact details, and commercial terms. * Channel requests for special service conditions, verifying proper justification before submission to suppliers. * Register purchase orders or other required operations in SAP, ensuring correct coding and adherence to internal procedures. * Coordinate and schedule meetings with potential suppliers, providing logistical support for their execution. * Perform any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided they are inherent to the position. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics. * Proficiency in procurement management systems and intermediate Excel skills. + Knowledge of maintenance and general services.
