Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage goods handling, inventory, and order lifecycle tracking for an electrical materials distribution company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages receiving, storage, and verification of goods. 2. Conducts inventory counts and maintains up-to-date product records. 3. Monitors the complete order lifecycle. An electrical materials distribution company requires personnel to fill the position of Logistics Assistant: ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Technician graduate or final-cycle student in Administration, International Business, Commercial Management, or related fields. Excel Proficiency Level: Intermediate Experience in logistics and distribution. ***Responsibilities:*** * Goods Receiving and Control: Assist in receiving products, verify that delivered items match purchase orders, and ensure they are in good condition. * Storage: Organize products in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards to optimize space utilization. * Inventory Management: Perform periodic inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate, up-to-date product records. * Verification: Ensure selected products are correct in both quantity and quality. * Packaging: In some cases, appropriate packaging of products for shipment may also be required. * Track order lifecycle from pickup through delivery and/or return.
