The candidate will be responsible for procurement management, inventory control, and transportation coordination. **Requirements** Graduate in Accounting, International Business, Administration, or related fields. Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. 2 years of progressive experience in procurement processes, negotiation of payment terms, and cash flow management within civil engineering service companies. Desirable: 1 year of experience in importing tangible goods (machinery, equipment, and tools). Organization, planning, and results orientation. Strategic thinking and business vision. Ethics and transparency in management. Communication at all levels. Strategic negotiation skills. Residence in areas near San Martín de Porres (desirable). **Responsibilities** Select qualified suppliers meeting requirements stipulated in SIG procedures. Inventory control, verifying the status of tools, accessories, technological equipment, PPEs, among others, aligned with operational forecasts. Negotiate prices, commercial terms, credit conditions, and payment deadlines with suppliers to optimize cash flow. Issue and track purchase orders for imported items, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines and conditions. Coordinate air or maritime shipments and monitor them until final receipt. Coordinate equipment transportation for each operation in projects. Coordinate with the administrative department for supplier payments. Verify that documentation submitted to the administrative and accounting departments is complete and timely (delivery guides with corresponding invoices, purchase orders, etc.). Conduct supplier performance analyses (on-time delivery, quality, service).
