Job Summary:
Logistics and procurement professional with experience in warehouse management, import operations, supplier negotiation, and continuous improvement of logistics processes.
Key Highlights:
1. Manages procurement, imports, and coordinates with suppliers.
2. Supervises warehouse operations, inventory management, and improves logistics processes.
3. Participates in the implementation and management of ERP systems.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
· Manage local procurement and coordinate import processes where applicable.
· Request, evaluate, and analyze supplier quotations.
· Prepare and justify technical and economic comparison tables.
· Issue, register, and track purchase orders in the ERP system.
· Coordinate deliveries, deadlines, and resolve incidents with suppliers.
· Maintain the supplier master data up to date.
· Coordinate meetings with suppliers: catalog reviews, technical specifications, and negotiations.
· Ensure compliance with commercial terms and credit lines.
**Warehouse and Inventory**
· Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff.
· Control material receipts and issuances both in the system and physically.
· Verify conformity of received materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
· Ensure order, labeling, correct placement, and proper storage.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventories.
· Lead periodic physical inventory counts and variance analysis.
· Logistics Support and Projects
· Coordinate timely supply for production and Work Orders (WO).
· Support project-based logistics planning.
· Propose and implement improvements in logistics and procurement processes.
· Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Budgeting, and Project departments.
**ERP Implementation and Management**
· Actively participate in the implementation and enhancement of the logistics ERP system.
· Structure, cleanse, and validate logistics data.
· Ensure correct and disciplined use of the system.
· Support training for operational staff.
· Guarantee information traceability and process compliance.
**REPORTING AND MANAGEMENT CONTROL**
· Prepare weekly procurement reports (executed, pending, and urgent).
· Conduct monthly procurement forecasts (planned vs. executed).
· Prepare supplier comparison tables.
· Monitor credit lines and commercial terms.
· Generate procurement reports by Work Order (WO) and by supplier.
· Identify and report deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
**Education**
Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
**Experience**
3–5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, and/or warehouse operations within industrial or project-based companies.
**Technical Knowledge**
· Procurement management and supplier negotiation.
· Inventory and warehouse control.
· Logistics documentation.
· Intermediate/advanced Excel.
· Power BI – desirable (not mandatory).
· ERP system experience – desirable.
