Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to design advertisements, build communities, and promote services, supporting marketing strategies and brand positioning. Key Highlights: 1. We are a company specializing in research project consulting and are looking to incorporate a Marketing Assistant into our team. The primary objective of this position is to design social media advertisements, create and maintain communities to strengthen our brand presence, and promote our services. **Marketing Analyst Required** **Requirements** * Students in final semesters, graduates, or bachelor's degree holders in Marketing. * Knowledge of advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and experience with Meta Business. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Corel). DESIRABLE * Ability to create and edit digital content. * Knowledge of advertising campaign metrics and analytics. MANDATORY * Proficiency in database management and digital tools. MANDATORY * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Creativity, initiative, responsibility, and punctuality. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Availability to work from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads. * Monitor metrics and performance of digital campaigns. * Manage customer and prospect databases. * Prepare results reports and sales follow-up reports. * Supervise social media and digital content. * Support marketing strategies and brand positioning. * Follow up on leads, appointments, and conversions. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits** * Opportunity for career development * Internship certificate * Punctuality bonuses * Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays off Employment Type: Part-time Salary: S/.700.00 - S/.750.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
