We are currently seeking your talent to fill the position of **OPERATIONAL SUPPORT INTERN**, part of the team driving development and positively impacting the quality of life of millions of people. **What would be your main responsibilities?** * Receive, verify, and record incoming raw materials, spare parts, and tools. Prepare and dispatch materials requested by the workshop or products sold by the sales team. * Maintain accurate physical and documentary inventory records, performing cyclical counts or periodic inventories to detect discrepancies. * Organize and label the warehouse logically and efficiently (e.g., FIFO method or similar) to optimize space and facilitate material retrieval. * Monitor the condition of materials and products to minimize losses due to damage, obsolescence, or theft. * Maintain records and control over workshop tools, equipment, and machinery, reporting malfunctions or maintenance needs to the General Manager. * Ensure order and cleanliness in the warehouse and shared work areas, complying with health and safety regulations. * Package products or spare parts for shipment to customers or distributors. * Provide timely support to the sales team or Administrative Assistant in locating products in the warehouse, verifying stock levels, and preparing orders. * Assist in monitoring employee security controls. **What do we require?** * Completed or incomplete university or technical studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 months of experience in sales and/or customer service. * Strong communication skills. * Knowledge of ERP systems (desirable). * Driver’s license (A-1). **Conditions...** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Address: Avenida Sepúlveda 710, Miraflores – Arequipa – Arequipa.
