We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, contract management, and fulfillment of labor obligations within a leading retail company.

We are looking for top human talent to fill the Payroll Assistant position.
We are a leading company in the retail sector, operating in the Peruvian and Chilean markets. We represent brands such as New Era, Lacoste, Bimba y Lola, and Tous, and operate through our own stores, points of sale in major regional department stores, e-commerce, and wholesale.
**Mission**
* Ensure payroll payments, contract management, and settlement of labor-related obligations are carried out accurately, promptly, and in compliance with current labor regulations.
**Responsibilities**
* Preparation and calculation of employee payroll.
* Filing declarations via AFP Net and PLAME.
* Preparation of social benefits settlements.
* Attendance, vacation, leave, and overtime tracking.
* Responding to employee inquiries regarding remuneration and benefits.
* Management and archiving of employment contracts, pay slips, and settlements.
* Support in managing internal climate, culture, and communication.
* Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
**Knowledge Requirements**
* Technical or university studies in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
**Experience**
* Minimum 2 years of comprehensive payroll and employment contract management experience.
**Additional Knowledge**
* Proficiency in AFP Net, PLAME, and current labor regulations.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
