Directly intervenes in the payroll process with quality and efficiency **Payroll Assistant** A service company is seeking a professional with proven experience in comprehensive payroll management, capable of managing multiple accounts and large workforces while ensuring labor and tax compliance. This role involves direct participation in the payroll process, safeguarding quality, efficiency, and timely service. **Position Conditions** * Compensation: S/ 2,000 – S/ 2,200 (subject to evaluation) * Work Mode: On-site – San Isidro * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Contract: Temporary, renewable every 3 months * Language Bonus: S/ 200 – S/ 300 **Required Profile** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Law, or Industrial Relations **Desirable Requirements** * Residence in areas near San Isidro **Required Experience** * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in comprehensive payroll management (Mandatory) * Experience managing payrolls for over 300 employees (Mandatory) * Proficiency in: * Calculation of social benefits (CTS, bonuses, severance payments) * Vacation allowances and Fifth Category Income Tax * Experience managing multiple payrolls simultaneously **Main Responsibilities** * Employee registration in T\-Registro * Collection and validation of information for payroll calculations * Preparation and calculation of monthly payrolls * Calculation of social benefits (CTS, bonuses, severance payments) * Calculation of Fifth Category Income Tax and profit distribution * Preparation and submission of PDT PLAME * Management of processes in AFPNET (declarations) * Preparation of Fifth Category Income Tax withholding certificates * Responding to requests from SUNAFIL, SUNAT, or other regulatory entities **Key Competencies** * Effective communication * Organization and planning * Customer orientation * Proactivity * Teamwork * Responsibility and attention to detail **Other Requirements** * Availability to work on-site and full-time * Experience in sectors such as commerce, services, construction, among others * Familiarity with AI-powered tools and applications (valued) Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
