PROMSA pharmacy, **located in San Martin de Porres,** is seeking a talented professional to join its team and support the Commercial Logistics department by actively participating in procurement management, product development and tracking, promotions, and strategic projects related to digital channels and call centers. The primary objective is to strengthen the procurement department and improve supply for distribution. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage purchase requests and supply of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and related items to ensure proper delivery to pharmacies, drugstores, and institutional clients. * Coordinate with suppliers and the logistics department to guarantee optimal delivery times, product quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Register and update products in the internal system, ensuring correct coding, technical description, and documentary traceability. * Monitor inventory levels, anticipate replenishment needs, and prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Support evaluation of new products and quotations, as well as preparation of procurement, consumption, and turnover reports. * Collaborate with sales and logistics departments in implementing strategies that optimize inventory management and profitability of the pharmaceutical portfolio. **Requirements** Academic background: Technical graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions within the pharmaceutical or commercial sector. *Technical Knowledge:* * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP management systems. * Basic knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and sanitary regulations.
