Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Assistant to establish and optimize commercial and production processes, improving key performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and coordination with suppliers We are Corporación Nardadecor SAC, a company specialized in interior design and window cladding. We are looking for a **Process Assistant** who will take on the challenge of establishing and optimizing all processes (commercial/production) to improve key indicators such as productivity, scrap rate (%), etc. Main Responsibilities: \- Daily generation of production orders and definition of production priorities. \- Management of company inventory (current stock and potential stockouts) \- Coordination with suppliers for material procurement and sales. \- Updating commercial and/or administrative reports \- Development of flowcharts to document and/or establish new workflows Requirements: \- Basic proficiency in **EXCEL** \- Basic experience in administrative or office work. Working Hours: \- 100% on-site. Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
