Assistance in price analysis and supplier sourcing Procurement Assistant – AGLAB Peru AGLAB Peru is currently seeking a Procurement Assistant to support quotation, procurement, and supplier coordination activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to internal procedures. Employment Conditions \- Salary: S/ 1,400 to S/ 1,800 (subject to evaluation). \- Work location: Lurín \- Km40\. Important: Only candidates residing in areas adjacent to Lurín may apply. Responsibilities \- Request, receive, and compare supplier quotations. \- Prepare purchase orders and track their approval and dispatch. \- Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, returns, and claims. \- Maintain an up-to-date supplier database. \- Control and archive procurement documentation. \- Coordinate with the warehouse and end-user departments to validate requirements and deliveries. \- Assist in price analysis, purchase history review, and supplier sourcing. \- Record purchases in ERP, Excel, or other systems. Requirements \- Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Business, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or logistics. \- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. \- ERP knowledge (preferred). \- Familiarity with commercial documents and basic negotiation principles.
