Career path opportunity **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of certified experience in this role within the agro-industrial sector. * Solid knowledge in planning and scheduling. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Work location: San Vicente de Cañete **Responsibilities** * Responsible for reviewing forecasts submitted by the Production Department. Verify that the kilograms of raw materials transferred from origin match those reported at the receiving area. * Assist in ensuring packing list loading compliance according to commercial orders. * Responsible for preparing the daily productivity progress report. * Validate that material relocations are performed according to load distribution across production lines. * Prepare weekly production schedules per process and plant, considering commercial orders, installed capacity, and strategic priorities. * Coordinate with Procurement, Warehousing, and Production departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials, supplies, and consumables. * Monitor commercial order progress, tracking partial and full fulfillment on a daily basis. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Payroll under the agricultural labor regime. * 50% food allowance coverage. * **Career path** Apply and send your CV to: **9\-5\-4\-2\-4\-8\-7\-8\-5** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
