Job Summary: We are seeking a technical-commercial professional to manage construction projects, prepare proposals, and provide technical support to clients and the commercial department. Product and solution development, and technical support We are **MAVEGSA**, a company with over 46 years of experience importing and distributing dry construction materials. Currently, we operate 10 locations across Metropolitan Lima (https://mavegsa.com/site/about\-us.php). **REQUIREMENTS** * Industrial, Civil Engineer, Architect, or similar degree with technical-commercial orientation * Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction sector * Class A1 driver's license * Willingness and availability to travel nationwide for project visits * Strong oral and written communication skills at all levels: managers, supervisors, contractors, lawyers, technical offices, workers, etc. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams: architects, engineers, lawyers, accountants, administrators, etc. * High level of responsibility and commitment to assigned tasks and functions. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare technical, commercial, economic, and legal proposals for construction projects. * Conduct client visits and meetings to gather information required for preparing corresponding budgets. * Prepare quotations and develop technical and economic proposals. * Prepare project budgets and cost estimates for management approval. * Develop products and/or solutions for construction projects and product sales. * Deliver technical talks and training sessions on marketed products and solutions. * Provide support related to the integrated management system. * Post-sales support: handling claims, warranties, and extras. * Manage commercial closure of projects with clients, including project settlement, to avoid observations that may delay collection processes. * Timely request material projections for construction projects. * Provide technical support to the commercial department regarding EETT (Technical Evaluation, Testing, and Trials) of products and solutions. * Evaluate the technical performance of used products, as well as their yields and relevance to costs. * Prepare cost sheets for upcoming projects. * Manage and mediate client relations during construction execution. * Coordinate with suppliers or contractors for project-related services. * Provide support across various management areas: Quality, Safety, SIGSST, HR, etc. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
