Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Purchasing Assistant to strengthen procurement processes and coordinate foreign trade operations. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and monitor import and export operations. 2. Coordinate with suppliers, customs agents, and logistics operators. 3. Ensure proper flow of the supply chain and prevent incidents. RELES S.R.L., a company with a solid market track record, is looking for a proactive, organized, and results-oriented Purchasing Assistant who wishes to join our team and contribute to strengthening our procurement processes. **FUNCTIONS** * Manage and monitor import and export operations. * Coordinate with suppliers, customs agents, freight forwarders, and logistics operators. * Review, prepare, and manage shipping and nationalization documentation. * Monitor shipment deadlines, arrival notices, and operation closures. * Quote and negotiate international freight and logistics services. * Supervise inventories, Kardex, stock levels, and goods dispatch. * Verify product labeling, expiration dates, and storage conditions. * Ensure proper flow of the supply chain and prevent incidents. * Coordinate with the commercial department for proforma invoice issuance. * Keep tariff, customs regime, and customs process information up to date. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or final-year student of International Business Administration (Technical Program). * Knowledge of commercial, customs, and logistics documentation and procedures in foreign trade operations. * Familiarity with import procedures. * Knowledge of tariff classifications. * Knowledge of the General Customs Law. * Experience in import and export operations. * Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written). **SKILLS** * Teamwork capability. * Results orientation. * SME labor regime.
