




**Importaciones Sudamérica S.A.C.** is a company dedicated to the marketing of disposable safety equipment and industrial products. We have an extensive network of suppliers and a growing logistics process, therefore we are looking to incorporate a Purchasing Assistant who will contribute to efficient supply management and ensure the proper flow of goods. **Functions** * Check system stock and identify replenishment needs. * Review and validate purchase requests from the sales department. * Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers. * Coordinate delivery of goods with suppliers and warehouse. * Supervise product receipt, verifying quantities and quality. * Record incoming goods in the system and code products. * Manage documentation for purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices. * Maintain updated supplier and pricing database. * Prepare daily report of local purchases. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing. * Intermediate level (preferably advanced) in Excel. * Skills: organization, teamwork, adaptability, and responsibility. **Benefits** * On-payroll employment from the first day as per legal requirements. * Bi-weekly payments. * EPS covered at 50% (optional). * Opportunities for growth within the department.
