Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Quality Assistant to provide technical-commercial support, conduct homologations and inspections, and maintain the Quality Management System. Key Responsibilities: 1. Back-office technical-commercial support 2. Perform product homologations 3. Maintain the Quality Management System An importer and exporter of food products with 30 years of experience in domestic and international markets. Distributor of: rice, sugar, legumes, canned goods, oils and fats, quinoa, chia, ginger, and other food raw materials and ingredients. The company holds quality certifications for its various processing lines: Organic, HACCP, BRC and Global GAP + GRASP, SMETA, IFS Broker. We are currently seeking a Quality Assistant who is proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Provide back-office technical-commercial support to the company's business units: imports and exports. \- Perform product homologations with customers from modern, traditional, and industrial channels, as well as with local and international suppliers. \- Conduct quality inspections on products imported by the company and on processing plants / warehouses providing services to the company. \- Maintain the company's Quality Management System for quality and food safety certifications: Organic, Global GAP, and GRASP. \- Support various quality-related functions, technical-commercial support, and R\&D activities as assigned by General Management and related departments. **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree in Food Industry Engineering. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and general food processing procedures. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality roles, maintaining or implementing Quality Management Systems within food processing and/or distribution companies.
