We are currently seeking a results-oriented Sales Assistant with a strong service mindset and commitment to the company’s commercial objectives. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Attract more customers, monitor key performance indicators, and foster customer loyalty. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Address user inquiries and doubts, delivering high-quality service culminating in a sale. * Provide professional advice to both current and prospective customers. * Generate effective sales. * Achieve the sales targets set by the company. * Customer orientation. * Submission of reports. * Deliver accurate solutions aligned with customer requests. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Ongoing or incomplete technical or university studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience in commercial or sales roles. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic English. * Soft skills: communication, proactivity, creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and results orientation. * Immediate availability. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Must reside in areas near Ate, Santa Anita, Chaclacayo, Chosica, or San Juan de Lurigancho. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Family allowance. * **Negotiable salary.** * Statutory Life Insurance. * Opportunities for professional development. * Positive work environment.
