Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support commercial operations, interact with customers and sales representatives, manage information, and coordinate orders for an automotive, hardware, and industrial company. Active management of customer portfolio and inquiries 3B INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS SAC, a company dedicated to the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of chemical products for the automotive, hardware, and industrial sectors, is looking for a **SALES ASSISTANT** for our plant in **VENTANILLA** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. \- 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative and/or sales positions. \- Age between 22 and 40 years. \- Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. \- Must reside in VENTANILLA or neighboring districts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Answer customer calls and inquiries. \- Respond to sales representatives’ inquiries through the appropriate channels. \- Generate reports and keep the customer portfolio updated. \- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and distribution departments to ensure orders are scheduled correctly. **BENEFITS:** \- Market-competitive salary. \- Formal payroll registration from the first working day, including statutory benefits. \- MYPE payroll (50% bonus, CTS, vacation pay). \- ESSALUD, SCTR, and mandatory life insurance. \- Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments.
