This is your opportunity to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized advice to customers. * Drive sales and complete sales transactions. * Maintain order and proper product display. * Support stock and inventory control. * Understand garment and accessory features to offer optimal recommendations. * Achieve store business objectives. **We are looking for candidates with:** ✅ In-person sales experience (mandatory). ✅ Experience in sporting goods stores, cycling shops, or related fields (preferred). ✅ Passion for sports; cycling or other athletic participation is valued. ✅ Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation. ✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills. ✅ Results-driven mindset and ability to close sales. ✅ Knowledge of technical fabrics and sportswear (preferred). ✅ Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment. ✅ Teamwork capability. ✅ Professional appearance and positive attitude. ✅ Availability for on-site work during store hours.
