




Job Summary: This position involves post-sales support for students, handling student requests, complaints, and claims, as well as collection tasks and other assigned administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities: * Post\-sales student support: assistance, grades, certificates, faculty coordination, UGEL files, and other administrative tasks. * Handling student requests, complaints, and claims. * Managing collections. * Performing other responsibilities assigned within the scope of this role. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 4.5-hour shift (9:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM) * Sunday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2 Sundays per month) * One day off per week — Thursday or Friday if working on Sunday.
