Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Concierge/Receptionist to ensure security and service within the facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent work climate and environment. **CONCIERGE AND SECURITY** A company specialized in its field is looking for top talent to fill the position of **"CONCIERGE \- RECEPTIONIST"** **Requirements:** \- Proactive, punctual, service-oriented, responsible, and honest person. \- Minimum education: Completed secondary school (must provide academic certificates). \- Minimum age: 20 years old. \- Minimum 9 months of experience in security, surveillance, concierge services, reception, community security, or related fields; or completion of military training. \- Must reside in areas near San Borja, Surco, Santa Anita, Ate, San Juan de Miraflores, Salamanca, or San Luis districts (preferred but not mandatory). **Responsibilities:** \- Identify and report incidents, anomalies, and/or emergencies within the facility. \- Monitor and verify security camera feeds and elevator operations. \- Assist residents, visitors, delivery personnel, etc., and announce their arrival. \- Receive and safeguard various products and/or documents. \- Control entry and exit of people and vehicles according to security protocols. \- Ensure private security of the premises. \- Be courteous toward residents and demonstrate urgency in addressing their needs. \- Properly wear and maintain clean work uniforms. \- Comply with and enforce coexistence regulations. \- Maintain constant communication with supervisor. \- Perform other duties inherent to the area as directed by immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** \- Formal employment registration under all legal benefits (MYPE). \- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday; Sundays off, no work on holidays. \- Timely salary payments. \- SIS Microenterprise Health Insurance. \- Excellent work climate and environment.
