




We are looking for a Call Center agent for our client KONECTA Minimum 3 months of sales experience in a call center. Objective: Commercial: Retention and Loyalty. Function: Retention or loyalty activities, making calls to residential customers. Working Conditions: Minimum Remuneration (RMV) S/. 1130 Monthly Attendance Bonus S/.120 (Edenred card) Performance-based Variable Bonus up to 350 soles (Edenred card) Payroll under Law 728. On-site work mode, Monday to Sunday from 9am to 7pm (1-hour break) - Rotating weekly day off. Work Location: Jr. Carabaya, Central Lima. Training Start Date for preselected candidates: 11/24 to 12/04, paid training at 30 soles per day attended (Monday to Saturday from 8am to 4pm) Job Start Date: December 5th.
